Income Qualifications

Affordable housing income limits help determine which households qualify for reduced-rate apartment homes. Limits are typically based on household size and the area's median income, and may vary by program, property, and apartment type. Because guidelines can change periodically, the income limit that applies to you depends on your household size and the specific home you are applying for. Contact our leasing team for current income limits and help understanding how they apply to your household.
