Denver Inclusionary Housing allows Colorado residents the opportunity to live in quality, affordable homes.

Kalaco is pleased to participate in this program and offer affordable housing apartments in accordance with the City of Denver and Denver Housing Stability. To qualify for this program, all applicants must not exceed the City of Denver Income Limits of 80% AMI (Area Median Income) per the respective number of persons living in the home and meet the rental criteria provided by Kalaco Apartments.

For Studios, the income limit to qualify for an affordable housing unit is:

  • 1 occupant - $73,040
  • 2 occupants - $83,520*


    For 1 Bedrooms, the income limit to qualify for an affordable housing unit is:

  • 1 occupant - $73,040
  • 2 occupants - $83,520*
  • 3 occupants - $93,920*


    For 2 Bedrooms, the income limit to qualify for an affordable housing unit is:

  • 1 occupant - $73,040
  • 2 occupants - $83,520*
  • 3 occupants - $93,920*
  • 4 occupants - $104,320*
